Welcome to My Practice

Are you facing challenges in your life that you just can’t handle alone? Therapy can address confusion, anxiety and depression stemming from challenges with relationships, work, parenting, loss, and major life transitions. The therapy room is a supportive place to focus on the important things in life by looking inward at ourselves and outward at our relationships with others. Understanding early life experiences and their impact now is one important step toward making enduring life changes. Another important step in clinical work is to identify and mobilize the resources we already have to overcome challenges and achieve a more meaningful and fulfilled life.

Every choice we make adds to the strength or weakness of our spirits—ourselves, or to use an old fashioned word for the same idea, our souls. That is every human’s life work: to construct an identity bit by bit, to walk a path step by step, to live a life that is worthy of something higher, lighter, more fulfilling, and maybe even everlasting.
